You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product (based on the delivery confirmation date). 您有权在收到商品后 30 天内 申请退货(以物流签收日期为准)。

Orders placed more than 30 days ago cannot be returned. 超过 30 天的订单恕不接受退货。

To be eligible for a return, all items must meet the following conditions: 为符合退货资格,商品必须满足以下全部条件:

  • The item must be brand new, unused, and unassembled. 商品处于 全新、未使用、未组装 状态。
  • All original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and gifts must be intact. 保留 原包装、标签、配件、说明书及赠品 完整。
  • No visible signs of use, stains, scratches, or damage. 商品无明显使用痕迹、污渍、划痕或人为损坏。
  • For large fitness equipment (treadmills, exercise bikes, home gyms, etc.), the original packaging must remain undamaged with no installation attempts. 大件健身器材(如跑步机、动感单车、综合训练器等)需保持原包装完好,未进行任何安装尝试。

Important Note: Fitness equipment is large and heavy. We strongly recommend confirming the size, weight, and functionality carefully before purchasing. 注意:健身器材属于大件商品,退货运费较高,建议下单前仔细确认尺寸、重量和功能

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded: 以下情况无法退货或退款:

  • Customized products (engraving, special colors, etc.). 定制化产品(如刻字、特殊颜色订制)。
  • Hygiene products after opening (yoga mats, resistance bands, jump ropes, fitness gloves, etc.). 卫生类用品(瑜伽垫、阻力带、跳绳、健身手套等开封后因卫生原因不退)。
  • Any used or installed equipment. 已安装或使用过的任何器材。
  • Returns due to personal preference (size, color, etc.), though we will try to assist. 因个人原因导致的尺寸不符、颜色不喜欢(可联系客服协商)。
  • Normal wear during shipping or minor packaging damage that does not affect usage. 运输途中正常磨损或包装轻微破损(不影响使用)。

  • Refund amount = Product price − Discounts − Shipping fees (if applicable). 退款金额 = 商品金额 − 优惠/折扣金额 − 已产生的运费(如果适用)。
  • Gift cards and coupon deductions are non-refundable. 礼品卡、优惠码抵扣部分不予退还现金。
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method: 退款将通过您原支付方式返还:
    • Credit/Debit Card: 5–10 business days (international cards may take 14–30 days). 信用卡/借记卡:5–10 个工作日(国际卡可能需 14–30 天)。
    • PayPal: Usually 1–3 business days. PayPal:通常 1–3 个工作日。
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item has quality issues. 运费不退(除非商品存在质量问题)。

5. Quality Issues or Shipping Damage

If the product arrives with defects, functional failure, or severe shipping damage, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with: 如果收到商品存在质量缺陷、功能故障或运输严重损坏,请在 收到后 7 天内 联系客服,并提供:

  • Order number 订单编号
  • Clear photos (overall + defect area) 商品照片(整体 + 问题部位)
  • Packaging and shipping label photos 包装及物流标签照片

After verification, we will cover round-trip shipping costs (using economical logistics) and offer a free replacement or full refund. 经核实后,我们将承担往返运费(使用经济物流方式),并为您免费更换或全额退款。

6. Return Shipping Responsibility

  • Customer responsibility (change of mind, wrong size, etc.): You pay all return shipping fees. 个人原因退货(不喜欢、不合适等):由客户承担全部退货运费
  • Quality issues: We cover reasonable return shipping. 质量问题:由我们承担合理退货运费。
  • Any customs duties, VAT, or additional international return fees are the customer’s responsibility. 国际退货产生的关税、增值税等额外费用由客户承担。

Recommendation: Use tracked shipping and pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. 强烈建议:使用带追踪号码的快递退货,并妥善包装。

7. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Log into your account → Orders → “Request Return”. 登录账号 → 订单页面 → 点击“申请退货”。
  2. Fill in the reason and upload photos. 填写退货原因并上传照片。
  3. Wait for approval (usually within 1–2 business days). 等待客服审核(通常 1-2 个工作日内回复)。
  4. Ship the item to the address provided by customer service. 审核通过后,按客服提供的地址寄回商品。
  5. Once received, we will inspect and process the refund within 3–5 business days. 商品寄回后,我们会在 3-5 个工作日内验货并处理退款。
