Shipping Policy

Power Awaken operates on a dropshipping model. All products are shipped directly from our suppliers’ warehouses (via CJDropshipping global network) to you.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after successful payment.
During peak periods (holidays or big promotions), processing may take up to 3-5 business days.

Shipping Time & Cost

Shipping times vary depending on the warehouse location and chosen shipping method:

We ship from warehouses in China, USA, Europe, and other locations to provide the fastest possible delivery.
Free Shipping is available on selected products or orders above a certain amount (shown at checkout).
Actual delivery time may be affected by customs, local holidays, or carrier performance.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your package in real-time through the link provided or in your account.
Tracking information usually updates within 24-48 hours after shipment.

International Orders

We ship to most countries worldwide.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (if any) are the customer’s responsibility.
Power Awaken is not liable for customs delays or additional charges.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Please confirm your shipping address carefully before ordering.
Address changes are only possible before the order is shipped.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, we may not be able to cancel as the order enters processing.
